Job Description:
The Software Support Team Member will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers using the company's software products. The primary duties of the role include:
Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate solutions to technical issues.
Troubleshooting software problems and escalating more complex issues to senior team members or developers.
Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
Documenting customer interactions and solutions in the company's CRM system.
Providing training and guidance to customers on how to use the software effectively.
Contributing to the development of knowledge base articles and support documentation.
Participating in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support when necessary.
